You have the right to revoke your order agreement within 14 days; which begins from the date that you (or a third party representative appointed by you) receives the purchased items. If you would like to revoke your order within this period, you are not required to stipulate any reasons for doing so. To exercise your right of revocation, you must clearly communicate your decision to return your order either via email or written letter. To safeguard your revocation period, written notification exercising your right of revocation must be received before the expiration of the revocation period.
You may use the attached template to state your intention of revocation. The use of this template is not mandatory, however, we do require all the information which is indicated by this form to be provided to us.

All payments made, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred, for example, if an alternative shipping method is selected which is not standard shipping), will be reimbursed in full. We will refund your payment via the same method of payment used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. You will not be charged for any reimbursement fees. We may delay reimbursement until we have received the returned item(s), or until you have verified that you have returned the item(s).
You must return the item(s) within 14 days of the date on which you notified us of your intention of revocation. You will bear the costs of returning the item(s) if the value of your ordered item(s) does not exceed the minimum order value specified for your respective country for free shipping. The cost of returned items will also be the responsibility of the customer should the original payment be still outstanding for the ordered item(s) at the time of revocation, even if the item(s) are valued above the stipulated minimum order value for free shipping & returns in the respective country. Return costs will also be the responsibility of the customer should we ascertain that the value, functioning or characteristics of the returned item(s) have becomes diminished or damaged due to incorrect handling on the customers' part.

Please avoid damaging and/or contaminating returned item(s). If possible, please send the product back in its original packaging and with all accessories and packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to adequately protect the item(s) from potential damage during transit.

Please ensure that items are sent back with the adequate postage coverage.

Please note that paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercising of your revocation rights.
